2026 New Pool Keys!!

Board of Directors Update

The pool will have a soft opening beginning April 18th. A representative from IMC and a board member will be at the pool 18th-21st in the evening.  You will be issued a new key fob for entrance to the pool area for no charge as long as your dues and fines are paid.  
You will also have an opportunity to get your pool key fob at the Pool Opening Party, May 9th.

Trash Pickup

Trash is collected from curbside on Fridays, unless it falls on a city holiday. 


Bulky Items:

All types of bulky items will be removed on

your collection day, but must be scheduled ahead of time for pick up by calling 843-824-2200 or 824-2300 . Very large items such as storage sheds, garage doors or trailers should be dismantled into 4’ long sections. Doors on refrigerators and freezers need to be removed for safety reasons. Bulk items are classified as your non-household items, items that are not generated from food preparation or regular daily activity waste. These items range from 

big items to little items such as a water hose, dog bed, laundry basket, etc.

Items NOT collected

• Concrete/Asphalt Sidewalks, Driveways

• Ashes or Cinders (hot or cold)

• Dirt/Compost/Mulch mixed with dirt

• Bricks and/or Concrete Blocks or Similar Items

• Large Automobile Parts (Engines, Axles,

Transmissions, Radiators, etc)

• Contractor Generated Building & Yard Debris

• Animal Feces

• Computers (desktops, laptops, notebooks & tablets),

Computer Monitors, Televisions and Printers

• Tires

Disposal of Computers

And Televisions

Computer Monitors, Televisions and Printers must be disposed of at the Berkeley County Convenience Center

on Oakley Road in Moncks Corner.

Q. What are the pool hours in 2026?

Q. Can I leave my car parked in a visitor spot?  You cannot leave a car parked indefinitely in a visitor spot.

However, you may use the visitor spot when needed.

Q. Why was my car towed?

There are multiple reasons for a tow to take place.  See policies and fines.

Q. What are the restrictions and rules for HOA 2B?

The restrictions may have not been enforced previously, but they are in effect the day you moved in.
